Wild at Heart: Nutritive Tonic Blend

March 09, 2025 in Tea Recipes

This blend of tea was formulated to help increase the nourishment in our bodies. For the most part in this day and age, our bodies are often undernourished. Being undernourished over time leads to illness and disease. This tea doesn’t fix the lack of whole foods in our diet, but it helps to bridge the gap and bring more awareness into what we put in our bodies. This medicinal tea is loaded with vitamin and mineral rich herbs to nourish and help rebuild our body systems. Doing an overhaul of our diets can seem very overwhelming, but all it takes is one step and one change at a time. Perhaps that change is adding one cup of nourishing tea to your day. Nourishing your body one cup of tea at a time.

Directions:

Use 1-2 tbsp of loose tea per cup of water. Steep covered up to 20 minutes, strain and enjoy. Sweeten as needed.

Recipe:

1/2 Cup Nettle Leaf (Urticaria spp.)

1/2 Cup Alfalfa (Medicago Sativa)

1/2 Cup Raspberry Leaf (Rubus Idaeus)

1/2 Cup Dandelion Leaf (Taraxacum Officinalis)

1/2 Cup Oatstraw (Avena Sativa)
