Immune Support Tea Blend

An immune supportive tea for the winter season. Support your body through cold’s, flu’s and fevers. This blend of herbs will help to support your body’s innate ability to heal from illness. Supporting your body during a productive fever, while relaxing your body to get the rest you need to feel better. It will help to support and restore your respiratory system as you overcome your cold and flu, soothing the whole body while decreasing inflammation within the respiratory system.

Pair this with an elderberry syrup and you have the perfect match to beat out the winters cold and flu season.

Directions:

Use 1-2 tbsp of loose tea per cup of water. Steep covered up to 20 minutes strain and enjoy. Sweeten as needed.

This blend of tea is overall cooling and drying to the body constitution.

Recipe:

1 Cup Elder Flower (Sambucus Nigra)

1 Cup Lemon Balm (Melissa Officinalis)

1 Cup Peppermint (Mentha Piperita)

1/2 Cup Mullein Leaf (Verbascum Thapsus)

1/4 Cup Liquorice Root (Glycyrrhiza Glabra)

1/2 Cup Chamomile (Chamomilla Recutita)
