A blend of tea for any breastfeeding mother. This blend was formulated to help increase milk production for baby while nourishing mama’s depleted nervous system. As a mother myself, I know how hard and time consuming breastfeeding can be. Although there is no quick fix to anything, this is an extra tool that can be used alongside increased water and food intake.
A quick look at the herbs in this formula:
Chamomile: assists with restlessness, move the digestion system which will move stagnation within the tissues allowing for increased milk production
Catnip: specific for infant colic, stimulates milk production, useful for restlessness and insomnia
Fennel: antispasmodic specific for colic, improves milk production
Lavender: relax tension in the nervous system, helps to achieve mental calmness
Oatstraw: vitamin and mineral rich, strengthens connective tissue and nerves, rebuilds a weak nervous system due to stress
Directions:
Use 1-2 tbsp of loose tea per cup of water. Steep covered 10 minutes, strain and enjoy 1-3 cups/day. Sweeten as needed.
